Huaora is a concept from Maori philosophy which is based on the premise that health and well-being are sustained by four key elements: physical well-beingmental and emotional balance, spiritual well-being (or personal beliefs), and social well-being (or self-esteem).

Our love of nature led us years ago to give up animal-derived foods, so thus we have always been particularly interested in nutrition to ensure that our diets contain the necessary amounts of protein, minerals, vitamins and essential fats necessary to be balanced.

This interest in organic vegetable-derived products with high enough nutritional values to substitute protein from meat or fish led us to discover superfoods such as maca, lucuma, milk thistle, chlorella and camu-camu. Each one surprised us both for their variety of properties, their delicious flavour and their versatility in the kitchen.
