Due to hygiene reason, all items sold are final, however, your satisfaction is our prioritised concern. If the products damaged upon arrival, please email us together with the copy of invoice/receipt, tell us what happen with your order/ product(s) within 7 days upon order arrival. We will assign a return/exchange authorization number to you, then please put the authorization number on the invoice/receipt, attached the invoice/receipt & send the product(s) back to us.
Please make sure you keep a copy of the courier/post office waybill when you send the products back for return / exchange. This is for your reference and record.Without this, we are not able to proceed return / exchange if we do not receive your return shipment.
