SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

General

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours from our distribution centre. All orders will be shipped via our preferred courier partners (i.e. SF Express, Hong Kong Post for local orders; Hong Kong SpeedPost or DHL or SF Express for international orders). If an order placed on Friday or a day before public holidays, the order will be processed on the following working day. An order would NOT be processed if delivery address is APO/PO Box.

For Hong Kong and Macau delivery, orders may take 3-7 days to be arrived; while for international orders due to international shipping and custom clearance involved, orders may take up to14-21 days to be arrived.

If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will be on hold and our customer service representative will contact you for re-scheduling the delivery of your order.Once your order has been shipped, delivery notification will be emailed to you accordingly.
